Cook times on larger steaks can be 40 minutes. It’s important to get steak orders in as soon as you are seated. Review our menu selections at before arrival. Quickly becoming a go to for a nice meal. For co-owner Keith Sirmans, his passion for great food began almost two decades ago. As a manager of a local restaurant, he honed his hospitality skills; training a staff that treats you like family, developing mouthwatering flavors and crafting whistle wetting delights.
